Apples and Spice is a specialty food company that specializes in Gourmet Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples and small batch, freshly ground spice blends.  We only use the finest ingredients and take pride that our products are the best you can buy. 

After years of being asked by friends and family to start selling her caramel apples and spice blends, Cyndia Morris, the founder decided to do just that!  She is passionate about her faith, family, friends, cooking, entertaining, crafting, DIY & traveling.  She is constantly getting inspiration from shows on Food Network  & HGTV and enjoys experimenting with new recipes and craft projects.  Loving a new challenge Apples and Spice was born.  

Whether working with an individual client for a bridal shower or wedding favors for the bride to be, a corporate client that wants gift baskets for his clients, to school & sports fundraisers, we at Apples in Spice take pride in each Apple we make and each jar of spice we blend to make sure it is perfect.
